Summary: I was very disgusted that there were no options for cows milk or gluten intollerent, vegan or diabetic guests. We travel a lot and all over the world and all hotels make provision. More and more people have food allergies etc. Even in Kruger park there were for instance almond milk substitute.

Summary: This is a great choice is you don't want or can't stay inside the park. The property is literally on the river that serves as the southern boundary for the park - you can watch animals from the common patio. My only complaint is that the common area doubles as a dining area for the restaurant (which is so so). If you have your own food, snacks, wine etc. - there is no place other than you room that you are allowed to consume them. Slightly less stringent policies would be a step up.

Summary: Always go for the deluxe rooms there are resident Waterbucks there and Hippos and crocodiles in the river and Elephants cross the river at night to feed in front of the rooms , the hotel sits just outside the Malelane gate an area famous for Leopards along the Crocodile river area the hotel has very good food and friendly staff

Summary: Our stay was excellent. The service & food was great and the staff were very friendly. The unit was really comfortable but could do with minor improvements, the air con was almost non functional in ours. The main reception restrooms needed attention & better lighting. Really enjoyed our stay though & will return again!

Summary: The staff were very friendly but lacked organizational skills especially at the bar and restaurant Required to check out and pay the government hotel charges which we were unaware of Generally it was clean and tidy with excellent views from the balcony
